Curious

is the person who has it overweight?

Reducing weight can dramatically improve sleep apnoea

Only your sleep disorders specialist can suggest treatment , there are many alternatives.
1. reducing weight
2. surgery
3. CPAP Machine.

I am a man with a plan. A plan to live a simple , fulfilling life.

I have spoken to a couple of surgens for the surgery of sleep apnea and they have all told me its of no use. According to them in 99% of the cases people still have to use the CPAP machines.
I have been using a CPAP machine since 2006 and have find it a great improvment in the sleeping process. After it I no longer feel drained during the day.

Tired

Here are some things you can alter before taking the test for diagnosis:

1. Lose Weight (at least 10 lbs)
2. Sleep on your side
3. Use Nasal Spray twice a day
4. Don't use any sedatives

If these don't help, then you can sure go get tested and find proper treatments.

What good am I if i can't be me.
