Hey appa jaani and everyone else..i really want to do some workout too but my heel pain doesnt let me do anything that needs walking or standing i have plantar fasciitis which requires me to rest as much as i can. I really want to join in but are there any suggestions for exceptions?

Hi prototype - my mom has plantar fasciitis too. I would suggest upper body and ab exercises on the floor (lyig down)
punches, rowing, bicycle, bicycle crunches, all are very good exercises to get your heart rate up.
Also get 3-5 pound weights and start doing upper body exercises.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Hey guys i have a question...well i been doing the level 1 for past 2 weeks (total of 6 days) and well every time i finish the workout i m sooooooo sleepy that i have to just lay down for 15 mins or so. i try to regulate my breathing, drink water (last night i had orange juice...which worked faster) but still its takes abt 15 mins...is this normal?
this not my first time working out, i use to do an hours at the gym and would be fine ... but this one is going to my head.
again is this fine...the sleepiness?

^ the sleepy thing I don't know rabia. Talk to your doctor.
In the middle - you heart rate should come down because she does easier exercises and the cool down.

I need to lose about 8 pounds. I should do this. I feel so motivated when I watch her on The Biggest Loser (while sitting on the couch eating chips).
Hareem, are you serious? There is nothing fat about her. The woman is so fit.

did shred may be 15- 17 times during past month. i was busy and regret not doing it religiously .
i have lost 2-3 lbs (i guess it has more to do with my diet and not the shred, i have been strict on my calories intake
BUT im happy with the muscle defination n overall shape .
so ladies keep it up . hope everyone is noticing visible improvements. keep posted

Coccoo,
good to know this work has helped you. Keep it up.
Question for the experts: Are you supposed to do this every day for 30 days? Don't muscles need rest in between strength training?
