iits definately suggested that strength sud be done not more than 3-4 times / week.
but i guess J.M shred isnt hardcore strength , the aim isnt muscle biuld up rather shreddin the fat . ppl who feel up to it sud do it everyday. otherwise its ok to take a couple of days off/week.

I lost soooooo much weight on this...i went from 68kg to 58kg, but guess what im back to 68 .....noooo.. the reason for the past month i got really depressed with personal problems and didnt do any excercise just sat/lied down all day and ate 5-6 times a day...cheese, chocolate and potatoes and loads of nandos.
So im starting again.
Im going to eat 1000-1200 calories a day and do the 30 day shred.
So day 1
weight: 68kg
breakfast- bowl of cereal-240 calories.
ahhhhhhh
i hope i can do it.
I think a few posts are saying it doesnt work.....it does if you do it everyday and really watch your diet after years and years of trying i found something that worked now i have to lose the weight and make a life change to keep up my weight loss!
im working at the weight loss clinic this summer too for 3 weeks so should be good for information and motivation!

Yeah I take a day off too after working out for a few days. But since I had started JM workouts thought I would do em every single day.

Did anyone do the full 30 days training?
I started level three today and man it's a total killer.
I asked myself while doing it today, why am I doing this?
