What my doctor told me there are no harmful side effects neither in short run nor in longrun. The maximum harm it can do to you, can be that you may start start using glasses again as you are doing now. But thats just the MAXIMUM thing that can happen to you. He said he will not promise a life time gurantee nor any doctor will do for any kind of treatment.
Also he said it depends on your current eye sight too. If its tooo weak, prolly you will go back to use of glasses in few yrs . but if its like around -3.5 , its works really well. Do not go for this treatment in your teenage. Do it when you are 24-25.
I didnt go for any further treatment so far. The pain after treatment was just for 2-3 hrs n that was bearable. Then u take pain killers and you never feel anything at all. For few days you need to avoid to look at light directly. So they advise u to be in dark room, with lights off for frist few days n no tv watching etc. You use some eyes drops for about 2 months and thats it.
But above all is about the treatment in Pakistan. I am not sure if it is diff in other countries.

Thank you, that was very prompt
I had my eyesight checked, and the doc told me that i need to wear glasses er else lazer treatment won't be applied. I am not sure if its a normal case... though i have bought glasses, i just can't get to hang onto them... hmm...
And mine is like in -1 to -1.25.
A heart in pain, longs for rain
A heart asks for no shrine, nor heavens divine
But a heart, that's mine.

Hi,
I think Laser Vision guys are doing good work to correct the eye sight and they are offering package of around 50000 rupee for both eyes.
