It's simple.
We know by age hair become white! Right???
Now for example a guy is still kinda young, just reached 30...but all of a sudden he has white temples, and white hair on his chest, and e.t.c.. Is that because of some minor health problem..a disease or some vitamin deficiency...???

Most of it is genetics , but what you can do is to take a multivitamin and exercise, and if it still doesnt work, blame your parents

That blaming the parents thingie was totally unnecessary.
Anyways, lemme clarify... Dad didn't had a single white hair until he was in 50's... same goes for me mom. And it's definitely not hereditary as none of the others in the family have the white-hair-syndrome until they are quite old.
As for me, am quite fit thank you... fitter than most guys my age.
So again, perhaps someone this time who really knows what he's/she's talking about.

Cold Fire, I hear stress plays a role as well. Again, I have no medical research to back it up, but this is what I have heard.
Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open...

sometimes overnight greying of hair occur when a person is under depression or tensed all the time or gets a shock...

take a multi vit with 25 mg of ZINC SULPHATE.
