Ok so i started a second job, one full time M-F 7-4 and other PT only on Thursday, Firday and Sat - 5-10 (some sundays). Now the issue is i have lunch at noon, so by 5 or 6pm i m ready for dinner, which is fine on the days i m off frm the 2nd job, but on the days i work the 2nd job i have been eating another small meal ard. 10:30pm. I just get so hungrey once i get home...that i have to eat (2nd job is retail so a lot of walking and talking).
Now i dont knw what to do...becuase i knw this isn't healthy (desi food at 10pm...bad bad bad). And i will prob. gain weight frm eating so late.
I am working out at least 4 times a week, but i m worried that since i m eating 4 meals i will just gain more weight...please HELP!
oh and the days i work both jobs i eat subway (turkey) 6" for lunch & 6" for dinner (well the meal i have at 5ish).
Any suggestion as to what i could eat thats filling and not full of bad calories???? should i eat a bigger meal at 5pm so that culd last til the next morning?? if so, what?

Smaller meals through out the day are better for you then larger portions at one sitting. So if you are eating 4 small meals it's fine. Perhaps, cut down on bread a bit.

eating a meal at 10pm is a big no-no.....if for some reason you have to eat dinner that late at night....make it a light healthy meal.
smaller meals throughout the day is the way to go. consume lots of proteins, fiber (found in fruits) and drink plenty of water to keep you full for longer periods of time.

Some time I eat late at night. Then I put skates on and go out about 30-60 mins.
Try doing it. Go for a walk after your meal.

enjoy life, eat at 10pm or 11pm if you want to, we aren't zombies for crying out loud... just make sure you don't blow your proportions out, and mix it up with some recreational exercise sometime in the day.
Desi food at 10pm... most desis in Pakistan go for late dinners, 10 is actually early for 'em and they're fine.
Second star to the right and straight on till morning

I'm with Spock on this one.
Enjoy life. Eat when you feel like eating and what you feel like eating. Just don't over do it.
We are not zombies or robots.....eventually we all tire of routine.....why drive ourselves to that point?
