I lost 4 pant sizes in one month.. I feel unbelievable.. i am still nto thin thin and never want to starve myself to look like bones etc.. but yeh the weight loss has changed me lol... everyday mom makes my shirts tighter and also jeans and i am buying new one's too

it feels goooooooooood to loose 4 pant sizes and 11 kgs in one month

thanks.. well i do different things..

40 minutes walk outside everyday.. i split it up into 20 20 min two walks everyday and i do 30 minute treadmill or any machine exercise everyday and i eat 5 times a day in small small portions and i drink 3 liters of water everyday and i eat folic acid plus iron tablet twice daily and one appetite reducer herbal tablet daily... apart from that i go to slimming massages centre three times a week for massages and do gym three times a week

yeh it was because i thought a good friend of mine would come visit me in dubai and i wanted to shape up... but then looks like it she wont come... so now i decided might as well continue with it no point backing out of such a good thing

wow....aishadubaiwali...souds good...ive lost 11lbs in 2 weeks....its only meant to be a short term but fairly healthy diet...lots of people have done it , and with excercise..and no one has put on any weight back on afterwards....

so you do gym 3 timesa week...plus an hour a day too......?

the spanxs help alot...im lucky as i already had it in my wardrobe, was gna chuck it, thank god i watched the nadia khan show and got some ideas...

It is good for stamina/strength in legs.
But see you feet are applying force here. Resistance/weight is applied/held on you shoulder.
So what holds the that force, yup...its your tummy.

i did the katie price juice diet....google it.....i know atleast 5 people who have done it, and none have gained the weight back...unless of course you stuff yourself....make sure you come back off diet slowly..so slowly reintroduce everything...ul be fine...

So, how does someone manage to lose 11kg in one month again? Aside from eating "small small portions" and what was it - 3 Litres of water? May be all the GSing helps too.

11kg is alot....i dnt know how she did it........i lost 13lbs...which is around 7kg....that was alotttttt, 11kg is 24pounds.......no way thats tooooooo much...unless she meant 11pounds....?

I meant 11 kgs. If you would have been followingmy blog you would know how. Not only do i eat water retention tablets, i eat folic acid, i eat appetite supression tablets, i do 40 min walking everyday, i do 30 min treadmill everyday plus i go to slimming massages session and i eat 5 times a day because of fast metabolism and i drink 3 liters of water...
and i use firming gels
