ok ive lost nearly 2 inches and few lbs in 2 weeks.....since i began excercising with spanx, spanx is an undergarment that is used to wear under your clothes for a flatter stomach...you dont wear it for exc, just go out in....well i decided to wear it while i was excercising, cos i realised that wearing it just to go out didnt work, i felt uncomfortable so i left it in my cupboard and was seriously miffed that i had spent 24 quid on it...anyway so after watching nadia khan show, and some article on the web, it stated you should wear something tight around stomach to help it shrink and exc with it on......cos youll sweat more there.......
so ive been wearing it for 2 weeks, ive been exc for over a month now, and i didnt notice much of a diff, until after i started wearing this while exc...so now i wear this, its reallllllly tight its fairly uncomfy for a while, but get used to it and it works...i was a tight size 12, im now very looooseeeeeeee almost a 10......
so guys get some spanx or something tight to wear around the stomach area and exc with it on....gaurnantted results....

the belt is too expensive, for the cheaper but as effective method use spanx, spanx is just tight underwear.....that starts at the waist and goes down to thighs its about 24 pounds..

Great Job Nadz - Stomach is one the hardest areas to tone down.
Just an FYI - Working out in full sleeves clothes does give you a head ups in burning calories. More and more research is showing that if you work out in a gym that is a bit warmer, or in warmer climates you tend to get better results.
So ditch the tank top and shorts or turn off your AC when you are working out.
MAKE SURE TO STAY HYDRATED!
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Yes you can!
you need a big back yard. plus some more equipment.
Tell you the details later.
