suhaina, there are all these ads for guaranteed height increase even at adulthood. Some kind of shoe you wear that helps the release of a hormone in your body. Check that out via Google.

Surgery. They cut your legs through the bone - put a metal pin/frame through the skin and bone and stretch the bones apart, thereby allowing the bone to regrow between the gap created. It takes several years and can add several inches to your height if you really want to be taller.
Here's a full description:
BONE LENGTHENING
This series of treatments involves several surgical procedures, a lengthy convalescence period, and considerable risks -- but it can add up to 6 inches of length to a leg.
While the child is under general anesthesia, the bone to be lengthened is cut. Metal pins or screws are inserted through the skin and into the bone.
Pins are placed above and below the cut in the bone, and the skin incision is stitched closed.
A metal device (usually some sort of external frame) is attached to the pins in the bone and will be used later to gradually pull the cut bone apart, creating a space between the ends of the cut bone that will fill in with new bone. The lengthening device is used very gradually to ensure adequate filling of the bone and stretching of the soft tissues.
Later, when the leg has reached the desired length and has healed (usually after several months), another surgical procedure will be done to remove the pins.
Because the pins or screws are inserted through the skin into the bone, special care of the pin sites is important to prevent infection. Also, because the blood vessels, muscles, and skin are stretched with each lengthening, careful and frequent checking of the skin color, temperature, and sensation of the foot and toes is necessary to prevent circulatory, muscular, or nerve damage.

^...yeah saw a documentary on that.
Only for those people whose life will change with about 2.5 to 3.5 inches.
Dont think you can go higher than 3.5 with those procedures.

Suhaina.............lambi heel wali joothi pehen lo.
Look, girl.........most girls stop growing......and reach their adult height........within 1-3 years after their first period. Some sources say that girls stop growing by age 16-18.
I believe you are in your twenties.........you will not be growing vertically now (at least not naturally).
You could opt for a surgical procedure as mentioned above although that to me is extreme.
Just be happy and confident with the way that you are. Shorter people tend to look younger, which is a blessing when you grow older (provided you keep fit as well). And being petite is always fashionable for women.

I saw it too...I thought it was for people who wanted 6 inches and more...upto a foot.
Its a very painful procedure, and that too was recommended for people that are the ones born short ...I don't remember the word used for them

Apart from leg lengthening there's another surgery available to increase height as well, much easier (can be done under local anaesthetic) but might end up making u look a bit weird cos it uses an implant that is 2" and it's placed in ur head so might end up looking a bit horsey like Sarah Jessica Parker lol dunno why they don't stick the implant in the heel of ur foot instead..
Stack heels? Perhaps Sarkzoy should try a 2in head implant instead | Mail Online

i dont think it is possible. Once you reach a certain age, you cant grow vertically anymore.. ( you also might not wanna grow horizontally )..and beside what difference would it make to your life with just 2-3 inches? Then you might want to do something else?.. you might want to go for some plastic surgery.. its the human nature.. they're never satisfied with whatever they have. I used to grow taller too (since im 5'8) but well.. it isnt in my control... I'm whatever i got from my parents genes.
There are things like heels as people above me mentioned, but this will only make you look taller instead of actually being taller. Well.. once reached a certain age.. you are no more growing taller.
As someone once said " grow urself intelectually and not physically "
