So you don't have an hour, or even half hour. You don't even want to spend 22 minutes with Jillian.
But you have ten minutes - and if you say you don't I am going to slap you.

appa jan i have a better sweating exercise... get up from your couch, walk to the electric board, shut off the fan and sit again. you'll sweat like hell  not even have to move! lol!

I understand Munza - for busy moms it's a great one because it targets all the problem areas.
With all the Lunges and Squats you'll see defination within a week.
** Do them in the order listee ** why? because they are flucating between weights and non using weights which will help you get better results

** disclaimer - you might want to warm up a bit before tyring these exercises. PM thinks that they might not be begginer level - HOWEVER I THINK you can do modified version of this if they are too hard.
The whole point is to get your heart rate up and tone you muscles **
