hey i included soemthing different in my owrkouts..along wiht doing stepper i ddcided to do arm movements...and boy are my arms killing me now..i did stretch but a coupl eminutes later into my workout cause i forgot at first..

..so should i keep on exercsiing like that every other day usual exercise time or should i wait for a few dayz until i start again..?

I think it's cos you have started exercising a new muscle group, hence the soreness.

Make sure you do a thorough warm up before starting any strenous exercise. Wait at least a day or 2 before starting again if you feel really uncomfortable at the moment but above all, listen to your body

Do work out again. If soreness is too much, then do work out as a treatment. While working out touch every muscle group which is sore. DONT touch new muscle group just yet.

Violate normal rules of work out, do same routine every day till soreness is gone. Then get back to normal routine.
Its an acid which accumulate in muscle, so massaging muscles make that acid disperse. So do that too.
