which classes would you say would be more helpful towards weight loss? or do u think classes are a waste of time and should just stick to using the machines?

anyone tried bums n tums or wotever its called....is it any good? effective?

I dont know how it is over there... I do Aerobics three times a week and it has certainly helped... do machines and aerobics or gym class whatever..

yeah at the gym where i have joined(a year ago and havent been ) they hold classes too

am thinkin of starting tomorrow and going to that bums n tums class sounds like its aimed at my prolem areas lol so worth a try i gues!!!
