Worried

What are BEST (TRIED AND TESTED) ABS exercises that you can do without gym equipment.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Running.

Crunches on a swedish ball.

The plank exercise.

People think doing regular crunches 10000 times a day will get them somewhere..... it'll just give you a slipped disc in your back and severe pain in your neck. The above 3, combined with other cardio should give you a trim and defined waistline in no time.

Busy

if you have a weak back/are new to crunches, please don't do them. use gym equipment that loads your abs progressively/lets you work on them at lesser angles than full crunches. or you will most certainly ruin your lower back.

Good tips, Thanks queer.

NG I usually put a sofa cushion on the floor, and stick me feet under barbel.
With my knees bent I do sit ups, I can do many.
And then do leg raise, in standing up position in a rack I have.
But that can be done on stair case, on top stair sit put hand on the top stair next your bottom. now your leg are free to move up and down, good work out for lower abs.

I can't stress enough on importance of strong tummy in athletics and in over all fitness.
