How much is one serving is anyone's guess .

These are estimates that I could find.......

For the canned fruit chk on the label it always tells you the calorie count !

sheyn, is there a calorie counter for mithai? Things like gulab jamun, kalaqand, burfi, habshi halwa and ras malai? Like per block or piece or inch piece?
