NK,
in ramdan If you workout really late, as just before sehr, then you are going to be dehydrated during the day. Not a good thing at all!!!!

Take light iftar and then go for work out .
Or after normal iftar wait for couple of hrs and then do it. In Ramadan we tend to digest very quickly so you will be good to go even after , like an hr or so.

Remember toward middle and towards end of Ramadan, energy level goes down. I mean a lot. So don't feel bad
1-if it take longer for your to warm up.
2-Or you take more then usual days off.

So in first 15 fasts, its good if you improve. And toward the end, even if you maintain it .. say aafreen to your self. You have done a good job.

Playstation: living away from family I never have "the iftar" to break my fast. So I start working out little before iftar time. Break my fast with water and and dates, and keep working out. Works fine for me.

Gud luk!!
