Okay people i am regular gym goer for the past 3 years or so, and have a good physique. I have never used any supplement to gain muscle except protein shake , and that too i started about 6 months ago.. its just protein..nothing special that makes u gain muscles overnight.... anyhow.. only thing i am really after now is the vascularity. I want veins popping out of my forearms and my biceps. What is it that i need to be doing ? cut down protein shakes?? more cardio ? tweak my diet? more weights ? nothing at all ?
whats the advice u ppl can give ?

The only supplement you can take for vascularity is creatine...mostly sold at any gym or health food store. Lots of body builders take it.
You can also work on your body fat %...the lower it is the more veiny you will get. Yes, more weights will help also. Higher reps and more pumps.
Some people do have a tendency to be more veiny and some dont. It does depend to a certain degree on your body and the lay out of your veins...genetics.
Even if you take the cocktails of supplements a lot of body builders do take, it only works for a short period of time...its meant for shows and competitions. Long term use could actually hurt you.

thing is, the veins do pop out when i work out, but they are not as visible when im not working out. They are there, but just not as much as when working out. I want the pumped effect to last longer.. maybe 6-8 hours.. is it possible??

Taking protein shakes or creatine is not good for your body...you wont realise now...but when your elder it will really affect ur health....its a well known fact...research it if you wish..
this may be a slow process, but in the long term its healthier for you to eat protein fresh so for example after gym have egg, fish, chicken...so fresh protein....
Regarding making ur veins bulge out...not sure abt that....good luck

Unless you're willing to take drugs...your only option is to lower body fat percentage.
Some people are just more veiny then others.
The look you're talking about is one of professional body builders. These guys are usually on a certain routine and supplements to make them competition ready. They dont stay that way all the time.
Another thing you have to consider is again the location of your veins...they simply might not show if they're hidden.
Decrease body fat...that will automatically increase vascularity.
