try this its helped me alot
lie on ur back and then raise both ur upper body and ur legs off the ground - try and balance urself strictly using ur lower back, hold a basketball or a 3lb weight in yr hand and twist ur torso from side to side - try and push urself to do 50-60 at a time! do this everyday should help!!

Ok dffyDuck.. lets do that...
An hr a day is more then enough... now how are you athletically??
1-How do you feel about long walk-- straiting from 10 mins increasing it to up 40 mins?
2-How you feel about slow jogging? even 5 mins to beggin with..
Let evaluate the whole thing and get you started.

1.I can walk 15 - 30 minutes every day.
2.Jogging would be a problem because i dont have enough space for that. But i do have the stationery cycle if that may help in any way?
