same... do you have time though? If you have time you can build your energy level.

What work outs you have done before... I can work on building strength and stamina.. wchis translate into better physique...

Now you got to do some sort of cardio.... what you say?? walk or slow jog?

Cardio is short for cardiovascular.
Its those exercises which keeps your heart beat at certain lever for as long as you do that work out. Like Running/cycling.

Sit ups are good too.

Now good thing is you like to walk so that's where we start.

Start from walking as long as you can do easily.. then get home stretch your body. and then do some sit ups. Report here every 3-4 days.

Remember we can only help you shaping your work out ...its you who actually have to do it.. I am glad you enjoy walk... so get walking...
in 3 days post your time you can walk for...and if any issues.. like getting too tired or getting sore.

Now once you get comfortable with this routine we will add your weight wraps. Those are very useful.
But for now start walk and stairs. ASAP

As for arm are concerned let me post an amazing video which PS posted.

you can jog and bike. thats awesome...jumping rope is good...but for now lets concentrate on your running.
Start from today... start jogging real slow... if you feel like pick up pace later...
Time your self... and post how many mins you did jog for..
I am waiting.

In a Weeks time you are going to jog less then 30..
Now go up-down stairs for about 8-10 times... don't make your self sore!!

It will build muscle where they are needed...
lets go lets go..

for you losing 10lbs is not a big deal.
