wow I live in mississauga. awesome...
when weather is good.. you are going to run atleast 5 times a week for first 2 weaks. stairs.. too.

Hi,
They are actually very bad for you. After you finished the diet, you are used to doing no exercise and loosing weight and therefore you gain weight. Diets that allow you to loose weight slower are better for you as you loose the weight gradually and more healthilyy. Instead of over exercising, just burn more than you eat, it's much better for you.

hi monk 
de prblm is regarding to my mom ..she is 42years old..befor she ws too slim..now she becom fat..so she wan to reduc her weight..its tummy,theighs,uper arms..prblm..she hav doubl tumy..so watts de simple n bst way to reduc..she i not eating alot,,,
now in these days she did exercise just 20 mints..n simple exercise...so can u guide bit!!!

best work out for her self would be carry her own weight around. as long walk to begin with.
20 mins is hardly enough... its good to begin with though..
so let her walk for about 40-60 mins...at least 5 times a week.... If she cant now . no worries.. she can gradually built strength and stamina.

okey..i dont go gymming ,i eat like a cow, and im extremely lazy!
i want to reduce my waistline and hips!
my waist is 26 and hips 39..and my weight is 58 kgs
i have no experience with exercising... so u have to tell me EVERYTHING!
AND no i dont want muscles!!!!!

for week and half just walk.
your assignments.
1-getting a good pair of comfortable running shoes.
2-finding the time for walk--which is good for you--weather is not too cold---and safe to walk.
3-find a place to walk. IT could be your street. a park near by.
4-Get used to work out. Like a normal thing. U get off the sofa put shoes on and go out... Get used to it.

i m 5"4 heighted..n m almost 69 kg...i go 2 aerobics class 6 times a week n do aerobics of abt 45 or 50 mins....i m a medical student n i get out of ma house at 6 in morning n cum bk home around 7 in evening dan i go2aerobics class n get bak home arond 8 30 or so..dan i hav 2 sit n study n dan go 2 sleep...though i got a 1.4kms track infront of ma house for walk but man i dont hav time...i hav a 30 waist n 37 hips,..i hav heavy arms n da thing i hate most r my side pockets of hips...though ma body is gettin into a little shape by aerobics but these side pockets r still un affected...i want 2 hav that fflat stomach n 22 or 23 inches waist al ma cousins havvvv....i wana b 50kg like ma cousins mann
seriously i feel so helpless
i hav got a wedding 2 attend in ma inlaws family on 30dec n i want 2 luk real real thinn...telme wat 2 dooooooooooooooo?????/?
i hav got a stair case of 22stairs n i ggot a treadmilll...an abb king pro....a cycle n a twister at ma aerobics class place n no otha machines...n remind u i dont use ny of these machines ...n i dont feel like running on tread milll ................
plz help
do i need 2 get those weights at home or?????????????shud i start weight training?

1. at the gym (when I would go) we have those big bouncing balls, those long danday, and weights. there's also alot of machines which I know how to use already...
3. i go sometimes. iwant to go more.
