We will love to help. But you got to make our job simple.

Please tell us.

1- What equipment you have access to.
That could include from a sophisticated workout machine to a few bricks...a tread mill to stair case..dumbel or food cans. Don't be shy.. please tell!!
To tone up specific areas need focused training.. which usually need more then diet or walk.

2-If you have no idea about using any wight or equipment.. please say so.. again don't be shy.

3-Are you willing to go to gym? OR are you already going there?

Thanks.

Excellent thread!!!!

Let me be the first to request your assistance.....

I do not go to a gym but hope to start using the office facility sometime in the future.
I have stretch bands, 6 lb and 12 lb dumbells at my disposal at home and a standard staircase.

I would like to lose inches and tone my upper arms, thighs and mid-section. I'm sure that by focusing on these areas the others will follow suit.

Did I mention that I have almost no time to spare???

Your guidance is much appreciated.

Lama .....regular hula hooping is great for love handles and over all toning...

I usually make a playlist of dance tracks for 30-40 min and hula hoop to it ....neck , waist , thighs , calves and arms hula hooping !

Get one of those. They are awesome. My friend built abs right before my eyes using this machine.
The reason I am recommending it because this rack totally support your neck and no wight gets transfered to your back.

Making it extremely safe for you.

Your guidance is much appreciated.

if you mix 2 work routine together there is no possible way that your lower body and tummy wont be in excellent shape.
Now do that 3-4 times a week walk for 3-4 km.
And when you get back do little starching.. once done...climb up-down stairs. Start with comfortable 5-8 times. and increase to as much as body allows.
Keep me posted ..
Now once you get comfortable with this routine we will add your weight wraps. Those are very useful.
But for now start walk and stairs. ASAP

As for arm are concerned let me post an amazing video which PS posted.

1-Equipment: Stationery cycle, a mid size ball for exercises
2-No idea about weight or equipment
3-Not willing to go to gym, i want to do something that can make me reduce in the 1 hour i am at home and not busy.
