The best time to work out is in the morning as that keeps your entire day focused.
Any sort of cardiovascular work out is great for losing weight...pair it with resistance training and you're good to go!
You may lose inches but not weight...yes. The scale wont show actual weight loss until 3 weeks or so.

its said that its recommended not eat anything after 7 or 8 pm if u want to loose weight ... but it does really depend on ur routine ... i would starve if i didnt eat anything after 7 or 8 pm cuz we sleep really late so i always tend to have cornflakes in case i am hungry or i just have milk but i really avoid eating proper food so late at night ...

The heaviest meal of the day should be breakfast and the lightest should be dinner.

So the other day (read:about 2 months ago) I was in doctor's office reading this magazine and it had this whole article on this very topic. They claimed around 5-6p.m. is the best time to exercise due to your serotonin levels being high at that time. It makes you workout for longer and with less effort. It had a bunch of other reasons as well, which I can't remember now. Sorry

Any free and relaxing time of the day......
no heavy meal in last two hours before you start....
fat busting, muscle tonning and aerobics....
be patience, be punctual and eat sensibly.

morning before breakfast coz if ur stomachs empty ur body will have no choice but to breakdown what it has (i.e. FAT!!) ...unless of course ur doing some real strenuous exercise or swimming or something...i went swimming without breakfast once and nearly drowned coz of sudden fatigue while i was in the middle of the pool ...barely had the energy to reach the edge so yeah...dont go swimming when u have no energy!!

^ I've heard the morning before breakfast is the best time for exercise because you burn more fat.
Combine cardio with weight lifting to burn fat faster.
Women fear that they'll develop bulging muscles if they lift weights, but that's not true. If anything, it'll tone u up......burn more calories......and speed up the burning of fat. The hormone responsible for developing muscles in men is testosterone..........and most women in general.........don't have enough of this hormone to develop rippling muscles, lol.
