Can somebody here plz plz plz make a list of foods which have carbs and the ones which have proteins ...

Because i really need to cut down the carbs and add more proteins to my diet, thats why i really need to educate myself about those things ...

carbs is all flour, pasta, rice related products. Oats, barley, potatoes, in fact most vegetables are all carbs

Protein is all meats, cheese, eggs, nuts, fish
