I dont think is a right desicion to conceive and loss weight at the same time if it includes exrcise but yea its possible....cuz usually early in the pregnancy causes weight loss anyway and after it depends on ur body. The best thing u can do is to drink alot of water and stay away from high calorie carbs. Eat fruits and vegetables, also includes whole grain in ur diet. It will help u to loss weight and get pregnant. Good luck.....

even though if u concieve u can still stick to healthy diet n excercise even limited weight lifting. this will help u in long run. u won't put on unnecessay weight during preg n it will come off fast after delivery. in my opinion if ur tummy grows well means ur baby is growing well which means the rest of the body doesn't need to grow too much.

Losing weight and getting pregnant - both of this just don't go together.
You can try to lose weight AFTER - but not while preggo
poor baby will be like - mommy ain't feeding me any - why I gotta suffer ?

babies don't really get effected in 1st semester. they actually start growing in 2nd semester. so if u r losing a lil bit in beginning its no big deal but remember don't lose by starving urself. lose by eating raw veggies, fruits, more protiens n lots of excercise. plus start taking vitamins n omegas.

I definitely agree, it is just like mixing water with oil. They just dont go together.
