Drink lots of water. Do not starve yourself. Eat in small quantities but every3-4 hours. Avoid soda.
Be sensible in choosing filling but low calorie food.
Good luck.

in addition to everything that bint-e-naeem said, I would say take your carbs during different time of the day...for example, for me personally it always makes a difference if I stay clear of rotis and chawals at dinner, but if I eat them at lunch I feel ok..and it eventually makes a difference in my weight ...I hope I made sense!!

hi Guys..thanks for advice
Ruby you make sense..but its difficult for me as I work...i usually am home by 6 so try eating dinner then if its already made from previous day otherwise have to cook and then end up eating around 8-9ish..
roti at lunch is a big no no...i wud fall asleep if i ate that at lunchtime lol
im snacking on fruit/biscuits for lunch instead of sandwiches or pasta...and then when i get home im starving so just have 1 roti...
need to start working out harder to loose all that weight...

Your meals should start from heavier to lightest as you approach evening. Try not to eat anything much after say 7pm. If you need to, then have fruits or light soups. This had a great effect on me at one time.
Of course the meals you do eat have to contain balanced and healthy items.

Water, drink lots of water
Take a multivitamin daily, especially one high in calcium
Increase protein intake - burns fat
Salads are great, the way to go
The biggest meal of the day will be your breakfast and the smallest will be your dinner - no food after 7pm
Cardio is great, but dont neglect weight training.
**Do not deprive yourself of small luxuries or starve. If you do, once this month is over and you go back to your regular eating habits...the weight WILL come back, double.

This could be a part of your problem. You are not giving your body the nutrients it needs at lunch time. Fruits are ok but biscuits? How many calories do they contain? You are prolly thinking that you are saving calories by just eating a few biscuits rather than a meal but you might just be consuming equal number of calories (if not MORE). If I were you I would eat a light sandwich and a small salad for lunch.
Dinner should be a light low calorie meal again.
Other than that, get into a work out routine.
Remember if you want to lose weight, HEALTHY DIET and EXERCISE! There is no other way around it. Good luck!

Hey I have had a good experience with a product call Fat loss 4 idiots who propose that we dont eat the right food. I bealive that also you can mixed with some exercise.., but I just say that if you are use to make that the diet every day you can loss weight.
Did you know that your brain controls the release of Fat Burning Hormones after each meal? It's true.
Every time you eat something there are 2 types of hormones released into your bloodstream, and together they control Fat Burning and Fat Storage.
Also, did you know that these 2 hormones are controlled by the foods that you eat? It's true.
All of this I have learn and experience thought that product
