i made this kulfi at home when my cousin provided me with her secret reciepe......

i thought i might share it with you............


1 sweetened condensed milk
1 evaporated milk
1 pack cream
2 slice bread ( bread feels like mava in kulfi)


-in a blender blend "bread" , "condensed milk" and, " evaporated milk" and then add "whipped cream"

-pour it in any container and freez


it is very easy and yummy

*if you want you can add mango pulp, pistachio , grounded cardamom kewra essence or what ever flavour you like............sky is the limit go wild

What kind of cream is to be used???The whipped topping in the freezer section of grocery stores or the canned type(nestle, puck etc).
Thanks for the recipe though. Cant wait to try it out

Use whipping cream. In equal amounts to the evaporated milk. It is absolutely yummy.

i use the one in the pack that comes in the liquid form and then you can whip it and make it think........other creams are already whipped you can give those a try if you want and if the liquid form is not available
