here's my recipe of it

Maida 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vegetavle oil 3/4th cup *you can use ghee or butter if u like*
2 pinches of baking soda

Mix all the abve ingredients thoroughly *water is not necessary* and keep it covered for atleast 6 hours. then, take a lemon size lump of the dough in u'r palm and press it flat into the shape of cookie.
Place it on the baking dish and do the rest of the dough similarly.
Keep the baking dish in the preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 25 mins and bake it. Baking time varies depending on the oven. To avoid burning the cookies keep looking at them until teyare done.

ENJOY

FF ji, what’s the difference between Semolina and Farina? My neighborhood Lebanese store sells Farina which is as good for making halwa as Semolina. I had always thought that Semolina was used in Italian breads.

Was there a Prosciutto in her class too?
