Boil chicken in plenty water, and add onions, garlic, saabat garam masala, salt, etc and boil till chicken is boiled, and you have a rich chicken stock. Drain out the stock in a container, and then boil rice in that chicken stock. Add the chicken to parboiled rice, and steam it.

The amount of chicken and rice you use would depend on your needs.
