Hampf, desi or western recipes?

You can make filling for samosa, aloo ki tikki, different kinds of chaat, sweet potatoes etc.

Alu kabab (plain or filled)
Alu raita
Alu chole

Mix the boiled potatoes into keema or cooked fish and make kababs.

Mash the potatoes finely and add to chapati dough.

Mash and use for filling for alu parathas

We do something similiar only with keema.

Take a spoonful of keema and cover with enough potatoeto make a nice round ball, dip it in some egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry. Tastes great but so fattening that I feel guilty before I even taste it.

Grate them and mix in some sauted sliced onions and herbs. Shape into rounds, dip into beaten egg and lightly cook on a griddle or frying pan with olive oil.

Make cutless!
Add salt and all the required spices along with an egg and mix. In a separate pot prepare keema or what ever u want 2 stuff inside...
Before making the cutless dip them in an egg to make them break proof while frying them....
