Ok, this isn't really a tea recipe. But I would like to recommend to you all to try evaporated/condensed milk instead of plain old skimmed milk in your chaey. It makes a world of a difference.
As for the rest of you paindoos, i.e. xkweem, you wouldn't know when to appreciate good things if they bit you in the arm.

Yeah I've been having it for past 3 days and it doesn't taste so good anymore. I guess my system is just used to plain 2% milk wali chaah. I think condensed milk is too sweet and since I always eat something sweet with tea, it gives me a bad sugar high.
Btw, try masala chai. You take half cup milk n half cup water (add a lil more of both cuz u'll be boiling it alot). Boil it, add sugar, ilaichi (cardamom), cinnamon (one only!), bay leaves (half-a-leaf!), and ofcourse the tea bag. Man, it tastes awesome. Then put on your favorite Faiz sahab ki ghazal, dim the lights and mujhe duaain do.

wah, kiya mahaul paint kiya hay. maira dil kar raha hay abhi chaey bana kar laoon, only it's too bright outside and if I were to bawl in the middle of the afternoon in broad daylight while listening to faiz, my brothers might get a bit suspicious of my mental state. Not that they aren't already.
Yea, the condensed milk is a bit sweet but then you just don't put as much sugar in.

I dont put any sugar at all when I make tea with condensed milk phir bhi it's kinda sweet. I guess I like my tea to be a lil creamy so I put alot of condensed milk. Ab mai ney yeh kiya hai kay I put some 2% milk and add a lil condensed milk so it doesn't have to be that sweet and I'll get the nice taste too.
Hehe, I'm all alone I can do watever I want. But wat to doooooo

My dad has a joke about mehdi hassan. He knew this chaey wala (how appropriate for this thread) back in the day who always had his radio running at his place for the customers.. but he used to turn it off everytime Mehdi Hassan came on, saying, 'ay tay sirf bijli khaanda ay"
tehehe

LOL. Yaaar some of his ghazals are awesome. I guess he's an acquired taste. I couldn't stand him when I was younger. Hated the way he twists his mouth so much.
Check Audio :P

How can you have a recipe for tea? There's only three ingredients. Water, milk and a tea bag. How complicated can it be?
