Okay you need to go buy a different variety of teas because they all have different and special flavours.
One of my favourites is Earl Grey. At dinners at home when Im making tea for everyone, I dip one bag of Earl Grey in the teapot. This makes tea really yummy! Everyone asks me how I made it.
Oh, and add an ilachi to your tea if you want it different.
Try green tea and jasmine tea. They are cleansers and detoxifiers, especially good after meals. Healthier than desi chai!
I especially like Harrods' assorted set of teas. Their Earl Grey is amazing, as is the English Breakfast.

Salaam all
Catty is right - its all in the type of tea you use!
The perfect cuppa:
1. Use tea from India or Ceylon (Sri Lanka), not China
2. Use a teapot, preferably ceramic
3. Warm the pot over direct heat
4. Tea should be strong - six spoons of leaves per 1 litre
5. Let the leaves move around the pot - no bags or strainers
6. Take the pot to the boiling kettle
7. Stir or shake the pot
8. Drink out of a tall, mug-shaped tea cup
9. Don't add creamy milk
10. Add milk to the tea, not vice versa
Wasalaam

I have some Jasmine tea leaves but I can never get it right!!It always turns out too strong. This one resturant I go (chinese/vietnamese), they serve greentea-jasmine tea together and GOD, ITS GOOD!!! I wanna learn how to make that too

ira, trick is to not boil the water for jasmine and green teas. moderately warm water suffices.
also, many green teas taste better when the leaves are used a second time - i.e., dont throw the leaves away after the first time. add warm water after they have cooled off after the first round of leaching, and you get the right strength.
