Make a pie crust...

Quick suggestion would be Pet Rich Pie Crust.

Bake crust 9 minutes in oven..

Or time call for..


Then..

Mince about 4 cloves garlic.

Shread about 1/4 to 1/2 cup Fresh basil.

Add..about 3/4 cup good mozzarella....

Mix.

Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup mayo..

Mix well.

Add around 1/4 cup good parmesan cheese..

stir..

Into the previously baked crust....layer a bit of mozzarella..basil..and garlic..

Put in oven until slightly melted..

Slice about 5,6,7.8 or 9....(depending on size) good Roma tomatoes.

Layer some on top of slighted melted....

Layer the rest till pie dish is full of tomatoes...

Scoop the above mentioned mix of mayo, basil, garlic and cheeses on top.... smooth out...

Bake about 30-50 minutes until top is bubbley....

Let stand around 5-10 minutes..

Then slice...

Is delicious.

Kaleem, no it won't but I am on a strict athletic diet supervised by my coach. I can only have 10% fat content in my body during the season. Right now I am at 8%. But don't wana screw it up.

Funguy,

About 390 calories per slice...

Ok..the pet rich crust adds a bit more...(not sure how many)

rather than homemade crust...but much faster and easier...

probobly not good for low carb diet...

Mozarella is probobly your lowest calorie cheese though...

Best with Hellmans regular mayo..but not bad with light mayo.
