say pplo how do u make the keema for a kabab to hold shape  .. and not become back to keema while i am trying to turn it  .. i know there is some way to do that .. cant remember... i tried glue but it tasted funny ..

u prolly tried the wrong glue thas y
next time try ELFI or SAMAD BOND
p.s. add some BESAN into the mixture and yes dip the TIKYA into egg before frying as AQ suggested...

If egg or cornflour doesn't work, try to add bread to the Qeema...it will work.

yeah try egg and bread crumbs..
also when making the kebab... wet ur hands at intervals.. it makes it easier to make the kebab shape
