Well, i still have like 3/4 of this large container left, from when i made the lasagna. And there isnt going to be a second time I am using it in my lasagna. So what shall I do with the rest of it??I think you can make some sweet dish out of it, but any recipes are welcome. Thankoo.

If you want to make something sweet out of it then how about using it in a cheescake?

You can lay it in a tray about 1 inch thick and bake it at 350 till the edges start turning golden brown. Insert a knife and see if its hard and solid and remove from oven. Meanwhile boil milk and some half'n half. Add cardamom and sugar to it. AFter the cheese has cooled down cut it in to squares/oblongs however u like, put them in a bowl and pour the milk over them. Chill in the fridge before eating.

I like the taste.

Shahreen, cheese cake sounds like quite a bit of work and i wasnt in the mood for that so I opted the easy way out

Femme: I tried your recipe yaar and it was really tasty. It tasted almost like ras malai. I think next time, i am going to try putting some sugar in ricotta cheese before baking it.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies!

Btw, i dont like the taste of it just by itself/uncooked. ITs much better made FF's way.
