You make a regluar atta.Im assuming you know how to do that already? Depending how many roties you wish to make.

Take about 4 cups of flour and warm water, knead it into a soft dough. You have to make sure that the rotie is a bit fat when you bail it.Cook one side on the tava, do not flip.

With your hand sprinkle some warm water on the uncooked side ,until its all wet.Dont sprinkle too much water on it, just enough to dampen the entire side of the rotie.Stick it in the oven on the top rack.Once it has the brown patterns on it, take it out and put it in the hotpot.Keep it in your hotpot for about 5 mins before you eat it.Its important to put it in the hotpot to make it soft, otherwise it'll be all crisp.

I hope my instructions are clear enough.

Thanks, I'll try this on coming weekend but when you say "flour" You mean "aata" or "maida" ?

I think they use milk in the mixture instead of eggs. Not sure.
