If u are not using canned beans, soak them over nite
and in the morning let them cook for a few hours on medium heat.
To make masala u would need onion (opitonal), garlic, ginger,
tomato etc.
Fry onions/garlic.
Add tomato and whatever spices u like to use. Cover it and keep checking
it every few minutes. Let the curry get a bit thick. It doesn't take a long time. After the masala
thickens, add beans. Voila. It only takes about half an hour
for this recipe if u are using canned beans. Trust me.
I like to use the following spices.
salt
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
black pepper (powder ofcourse)
green chilli (occasionally)
anardana powder (occasionally)
garlic pickle (or any other) (occasionally)
pasta sauce (occasionally)
