What is this? I have never seen it before? It looks like they use sawayan but they are frying it. It looks sinfully delicious.

I don't know why the image isn't showing up.

What is Khajla? What is Phehni? How did barfi get involved? Don't tell me you put the khajla in the phehni ..... .... it won't help undomesticated me understand.

heheh
what i know isssssss
Khajla is kind of sewian... and it is almost tasteless... and pherni or pheni is kind of kheer... so in a bowl you take pherni and put khajla in it and eat
and Khajla-barfi is the same sewian and instead of kheer, there is a big barfi... you mash the barfi and khajla together and eat

Pheniyaan are delicious. They are similar to sawaeyaan. You usually dip them in milk and sugar and eat them like a cereal. DELICIOUS IN SEHRI !! They are heavy though. meaning, you feel full once you eat a bowl.
