Cinnamon cake
Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
Method
Pre-heat the oven and lightly grease a 20 cm round cake pan. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and beat at low speed until well blended. Then beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth and changes its colour. Pour into the prepared pan and bake at 180°C for one hour. .

Vanilla cake
Ingredients
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups castor sugar
4 eggs
2 cups white flour
1/3 cup custard powder
1 cup milk
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
Method
Pre-heat the oven and lightly grease a 23 cm square cake pan. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat at low speed. Then beat at medium speed until well blended and the colour changes. Pour into the baking pan and bake at 160°C for 90 minutes.

Moist banana loaf
Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bananas (mashed)
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
Pre-heat the oven and grease a 14 cm by 21 cm loaf pan. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and beat at low speed until thoroughly mixed. Then beat at medium speed until the colour changes. Fold the mixture into the baking pan and bake at 180°C for one hour and fifteen minutes.

Mocha yogurt cake
Ingredients
2 oz oil
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
Pre-heat the oven and grease a 21 cm cake pan. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and beat at low speed. Then beat at medium speed until well blended and the colour changes. Fold the mixture into the prepared pan and bake at 180°C for one hour.
I have tried the bababa Loaf and it turned out really nice.
