Hmm make custard with milk (use 2% if you prefer)...it takes like 5 minutes to boil and add the custard mixture...follow the directions on the box and let it set for about 20 mins. Next add all ur diced fruits into the custard and voila. It's really good. You could add pineapples, apples, strawberries, bananas, melons, grapes, etc.
Save Pakistan.

Thanks, I've been staying back at achool doing homwork and an Arab kid at school has been making some for me in the kitchen this past week for my iftari on the bus home, it was yummy with all star fruit, berries and all sorts of stuff, I was wondering what the sauce was, must've been custard or whipping creme or something, I couldn't wait till tomorrow for the recipie.
Thanks I'll make sum today and see if it's the same

Yup, an easier method would be to make it with whip cream, the one that comes in those lil tubs. Let it defrost for a couple of minutes...add the fruits and mix thoroughly and gently to coat all of the fruit. Serve chilled.

I have a recipe including whip creme, cream cheese, and
sweetened condensed milk. Blend all the ingredients using a blender.
Pour the mixture in a bowl add fruits and stir lightly.
It's more of a dessert.
I usually get low fat cream cheese and whip creme and
use canned fruits. Do remember to drain out the syrup from the fruits
if u are using canned fruits.

cut nice chunks of fruits, not tiny pieces..
i'd use watermelon,honeydew melon, pineapple, mango,strawberry, kiwi fruit, banana(sometimes)..
depends on the season and fruits you like..
add bit of pineapple juice..
or if you want to make a sweet tangy mix of syrup..
mix lemon juice with a bit of sugar n a bit of water..
