feed your chicken lots of mango, papaya and yellow squash for a week before you send it to chick heaven. your chicken will look so golden, it'll glitter in your karhai.

On a serious note, make sure you bhoonify the chicken well before any water evaporation from the meat.

sandleen, jo kacha hum nay dekha hay wo usually under say white nahi balkay different shades of red/maroon etc hota hay jub chicken sahi say thaw ya fried na ho..
it could be the masalas that you use, could be the temperature on which you cook..agar wo gul giya hay to problem nahi honi chahiay..
you have to bhonofy and cook it for a while..and trust me wo nahi jalay ga agar aap halki ya medium anch par pakaeen gi to..aur agar aap usko check karti rahaen gi thori thori dair par..
do you use turmeric and corriander powder?

Danish kokaRi is supposed to look gori chiti
Mine is also pretty white from inside, I don't see that as a problem. Breast part is usually white rest is a bit dark lekin still white. If it tastes okay, tau it's okay. If the overall dish doesn't look good tau cover it with dhaniya, like the rest of us Or post as picture.
