I had lussi with Iftar yesterday, whats so special about this u ask...? Well it was not like any ordinary...its called "kachi lussi", & it was made fresh from cow's milk. It was so intoxicating, it made me doze off for an hour in my car
This is a real luxury for me here, because of the wide spread availability of "packed" foodstuff. I mean, I can make lussi myself, but "kachi lussi" has to be the mother of all lussi's...!
Have u had anything special lately...?
I raced @200kph, crashed & survived. If you havent seen God, your not driving fast enough.

Lussi is made from yoghurt whereas kachi lussi is made with milk...milk and water.

Lassi knocks me right out - I cant drink it and drive long distances cos I would fall asleep at the wheel!
One question I have though: Is it true you shouldnt drink it in the cold weather??? Why?
I need some now..!

Kachi Lassi can also be made from, yoghurt. Just add more water...make it just a bit more dilute. The rest of the procedure is the same.
Its supposed to give ur stomach a lighter and cooling sensation, especially after you'v had a full course meal.
