hehe! i saw that too on jang.

Why do Pakistanis love burgers so much? Its no different than bun kabab really.

But you dont see variations of bun kabab being tried.

How about some tuna in the potato kebab? It's exactly the same as Potato burger, except you add a can of Tuna (in water) after draining out the water.

I usually don't add all the spices. Just salt, pepper, cumin seeds and some chaat masala. You could add green chillies as well.

p.s. I've been visiting Life 2 during the day way too much these days.

PCG, stop calling it 'Jang'. It's Dawn.

CB - same here. I have visited more recipe sites in the past two weeks than I have in the past two years.
I sit here at my desk making plans of what I will do when I get home tonite... and when I do I usually have enough time to make tea and re-heat the dozen or so samosas i bought over the weekend. That accompanied with khujoor. After that I just want to sleep.

It's such a 'hot' compliment when a girl calls me a woman. It makes me feel so much closer to her.

The only ones I might try are beef and the zinger. I just can't eat fried potatos with bread. Neither can I stand minced chicken. ewww

shami has daal in it. this is purely beef pattie...like those chapli kababs minus the spices. I just can't eat a spicy burger. It has to taste like a hamburger. I have never made burgers at home. The closest I tried were those frozen patties.

We make tuna fish kebabs at home all the time. They taste yummy.
