u will need
chicken 2-3 pieces
peas handful
carrots handful (chopped like matchsticks)
spring onion 2 tablespoons
pasta (optional) not too much

soya sauce 2 tablespoons
salt 1 level teaspoon
black pepper 1 level teaspoon
chinese salt half teaspoon
olive oil/butter 1 tablespoon
cornflour half cup dissolved in 1 cup water(to thicken)
1 egg

method:
boils chicken boneless pieces in water until tender
add peas carrots, spring onions, & pasta boil until tender

then add salt, chinese salt, black pepper, soya sauce, small amount of olive oil

disolve cornflour in water and add to soup mixture, stirring continously
beat the egg and add when the soup has thickened and whilst stirring

i know this is a bit long, but its well worth the wait, and healthy too!!

If u have nothing to do..........
...........then don't do it here!!

yeah lussi, this would be for 5-6 people if it were a starter, and 2-3 people if the main course!

the water quantity would be 1 mug to each person

if u have big pieces of chicken, then its, 1 mug of water per person, but it doesnt have to be accurate, coz at the end of the day, its the taste that counts(which is definately going to be present coz of the chicken)
