hmm sounds good!!
yeah i agree cereal tastes great at night, especially in cold milk
a beans and cheese on toast is also yummy!!
If u have nothing to do..........

anything that i can get hold of from the fridge..ranging from fruits to vegetables to juice to milk to cream cheese sandwich and chicken paste sandwich..rarely chips and nimco.

All of the above mentioned stuff could easily make one put on weight with the exception of cereal, but who would wanna have cereal in the middle of the night? It's a boring/dull snack.
I'd pretty much have anything (mainly junk) that I could get my hands on and spend the rest of the night worrying about all the weight I'm gonna soon put on.

I have cereal all the time. I have like 10 types of cereals. Some of the new twists are kool!
ofcourse you gotta love Milk too
yougurt in it? i don't knwo about that!
