This has to be the most simple yet decadent dessert for summer, sure to be a hit with your family and friends. This recipe is tried and tested so hopefully anyone who tries it out won't have any problems!
Ingredients:
3 cups half and half
1 cup of sugar
1 8-oz package of cream cheese softened. (For the folks on a diet use Neufchatel brand)
1 cup of peeled and finely mashed rip peaches
Blend together half and half, sugar and cream cheese until smooth, stir in peaches. Now this is the tricky part if you have an ice cream maker than use that BUT if you don't than you can improvise by using a empty tub of ice cream, like the ones Dryers, Breyers and Ben and Jerry
ice cream come in, pour into the ice cream maker or improvised ice cream maker and freeze until firm.
Makes about 6-8 servings, garnish with a graham cracker, fresh fruit or fresh spring of mint and enjoy.

I think the chances of ice crystals esp. when you are not using an icecream maker would be lower if whipping cream was used instead of half'n half. I use whipping cream in kulfa
4.10 4.14 4.20 4.22 4.23 4.26 5.07 6.05 6.23 9.26 ghbl
