What are the health benefis and how do u use this other
than in a dish?
Can u people please ask your nani/dadis, whatever they can
tell about the herb? I heard it's good for skin. Is there any truth to that?
I already googled it. Now need some input from you guys.

I am not sure of the health benefits of saffron but in indian movies they put saffron in warm milk to be drank by pregnant ladies. Your baby supposedly is born pretty or something of that sort. I am not sure if i belive that but it must taste good.

i heard its healthy...very healthy too....i was gonna get info from google too lol
anyways so thats why its so expensive. also i remember reading a "totka" long time ago about mixing saffron with milk and applying to lips to remove dark spots and making them pink.....

I always put saffran in halwa.. but ma mum says not to put 2 much.. otherwise the taste gets karrwa..but it's healthy i heared..but how healthy..dunno..
