As someone suggested i was the most edible bachelorette on gs, here is my recipe ..just invented it this morning...and it is very actually....you can try for iftar

In a sauce pan with hot oil, fry some fenugrec seeds and a few green cardamoms.
After the seeds turn dark brown, add 4 medium onions, finely chopped.

After the onions turned lightly golden add 600g chicken, cut in medium dice

In a glass mix 2table spoon turmeric (haldi), 1 table spoon garam masala, a tea spoon cumin powder, 1 tea spoon salt, a teaspoons sweet paprika and half teaspoon red chilly powder

Mix the spices well and add 150ml yogurt to make some spicy sauce that you pour into the saucepan when it’s well mixed

Chop 4 small tomatoes and add them too

Cut some pistachios and add them

Wait unitl the meat is cooked……
