Raise your hand! I am having withdrawl symptoms during Ramzan. Recently I heard moderate amount of java is good for you because it has anti-oxidants. How valid is that?

two cups is normal and i dont care what anyone thinks!
also its not so much the coffee thats bad but the milk and sugar added to it... i switched to honey and slowly to no sugar at all....im proud of myself...and take it with little milk .
u need to have a strong stomach to drink coffee like that!
ya! i get baddddddddddd headaches when i dont get my coffee......

ok coffee luvers try this and thank me.....
prepare your coffee anyway u like it....
chill it till its cool in the fridge
in a tall glass add the coffee till half full...top with whipped cream till its almost full and mixxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to a thick consistency then top with coffee flavored ice-cream.insert straw and yum awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
some people even add coke on top but i like it w/o the cola.
