Mashed potatoes
I was asking people at work to teach me some easy cooking things and one of the girls told me how to make mashed potatoes.
3 potatoes
1 POT to boil potatoes in
1 POT to mash potatoes in
1 mashing thing
Some milk
1 potato peeler
You peel the potatoes and put them in a pot with water in it, when the water is boiling, stick a fork in the potato, if the potato falls of the fork, its ready to be mashed.
Start mashing the potatoes slowly in a separate pot. If you want them to be a little creamy add some milk and continue mashing,
Depending on your taste, you can have them with lumps or without lumps
There you go, your potatoes are ready, and you just wasted almost 20 minutes
Watch TV for another 10 minutes, and then open the door. PIZZA is here
Now take your mashed potatoes and throw them in the bin and enjoy PIZZA with dipping sauce and some gingerale
I prefer watching TV while eating, and sometimes i get wings as well.
so enjoy your dinner.

you can give extra touch to the mashed potatoes by adding little of melted butter in it.

Well instead of throwing those potatoes, you can season it with salt and pepper, lay it in a microwave/oven safe dish.
Take some mix vegis, saute' them and season them with salt and pepper.
Lay them on the mashed potatoes.
Make some tomatoe sauce (take tomato puree or paste, add salt+pepper+lemon juice+Hot sauce and cookit on stve for 4-5 mins)
Cover your veges with the sauce (If making sauce is too much work, just forget about it)
Top it with mozorella and chedder cheese, bake it in the oven or microwave till cheese is melted nicely.
(oh yeah if you have some cooked Qeema, then you can replace the vegis with Qeema or just add another layer of Qeema)
