Heres my special trifle recipe guys, after your friend and family have tried it they will love it.
Ingredients needed
A chocolate swiss roll
Jelly (I use halal coz of the gelatine)
Tinned mandarins
Tinned peaches
Custard powder
Fresh double cream
Fresh strawberries
Bar of chocolate or coco powder
1. Make the jelly (Tip, when you pour the water in to dissolve the jelly use a little bit of orange squash. This makes the jelly even more fruity.
2.Drain the tinned mandarins and drop them in the jelly liquid
3.Allow jelly to chill for 20 mins
4.While jelly is chilling make the custard and leave to cool
5. Slice the chocolate swiss roll and create a layer at the top of the jelly
6.Pour the custard over the swiss roll and create and equal layer of custard
7.Drain the tinned peaches and place them over the custard
8.Whip the double cream and spoon it over the peaches
9.Place the fresh strawberries on top of the cream
10.Grate the chocolate on top of the strawberries or sieve some coco powder on top and viola!
*Tip*Make sure you leave it to chill for a couple of hours before serving.

Somebody from USA tell me what is "double cream". We have "half & half" and "heavy cream". Beyond that I don't know of any other creams.
Save Pakistan.

double cream is like malai. Our equivalent is heavy whipped cream.

Double cream is the same thing as heavy cream Sehar.
I often substitute a swiss roll in place of trifle sponges when making a trifle, I have also used Jaffa cakes (Brits will know what they are) and they work surprisingly well especially if the custard is chocolate flavour too.
