here is what I did..
Imli ki chutney
Imli: half packet (seedless)
Onion: half, chopped
Salt: 1 tsp
black pepper: 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder: 1 tsp
green chillies: 2
crushed cumin: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 cup
1. Soaked imli in water for an hour
2. Drained the water and set it aside for using in choley etc.
3. The pulp was cooked on a medium heat for 5 mins
3.Then added salt, onion, black pepper, cumin, red chilli powder, and green chilies in a pan.
4. Cooked it for another 5 mins until it was thick
5. Blended the ingredients and added some imli water in it until it was a smooth paste.
It tastes great!
Aloo bukhare ki chutney:
dried aloo bukhare: 1 packet
water: 1 cup
sugar: 1 cup
red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
black pepper: 1/2 tsp
salt: 1/2 tsp
vinegar: 2 tsp
1. Just added aloo bukhare, salt, water, red chilli powder, black pepper, and boiled it for 15 mins
2. Added sugar and vinegar
3. cooked it on medium heat for another 10 mins until it was thick.
It tastes really good though!
